Thaida Stainless Steel Manufacturing (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer of seamless pipes and tubes, founded in 2024. Our factory in Ban Bueng, Chonburi, produces seamless products in stainless steel, duplex and super duplex steel and high-nickel alloys, while our office in Bang Phli, Samut Prakan, handles quotations, orders and export documents. We make seamless products only, so every length that leaves our mill is formed from a solid billet without a weld seam.
What We Manufacture
Our range covers seamless pipes and seamless tubes in the materials that process industries specify most often:

Pipes are supplied by nominal pipe size and schedule or by outside diameter and wall, and tubes by outside diameter and minimum or average wall. Each product page lists the standards, grades and size range for that material.
How Our Seamless Pipes and Tubes Are Made
Production starts with a solid billet that is heated and pierced into a hollow shell.
The shell is hot worked, then cold drawn or cold rolled to the finished outside diameter and wall.
Every length is heat treated as its material standard requires, pickled or bright annealed, straightened and cut to the ordered length.
Ends are finished plain, beveled or threaded as the order specifies.
Quality, Testing and Documentation
Quality control runs through every stage of production, and our in-house laboratory carries out the tests that each product standard calls for. Every length receives a hydrostatic test or a nondestructive electric test by eddy current or ultrasonic method, and positive material identification confirms the grade before dispatch.
Each consignment ships with an EN 10204 3.1 material test certificate, and 3.2 certification is available on request. Customers who need independent witnessing can appoint a third-party inspection agency of their choice to inspect and test their order at our plant.
Ready Stock and Made-to-Order Production
We hold ready stock of commonly specified grades and sizes for urgent requirements, and we produce to order for sizes, grades, lengths and finishes outside our stock. Every quotation states whether each item is supplied from stock or from new production, together with the delivery schedule, so you can plan your project with confidence.
