Certifications and Approvals at THAIDA

ISO 9001 · ISO 14001 · ISO 45001 · PED 2014/68/EU

At THAIDA, four approvals govern how we manufacture a pipe: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and PED 2014/68/EU. An outside body audits each of them. Every order then leaves our Chon Buri plant with its own material test certificate attached.

  • Management System Certifications

ISO 9001 covers quality. ISO 14001 covers our environmental management, and ISO 45001 covers occupational health and safety on the shop floor. Holding all three means the way we produce, check and record a batch follows a written procedure rather than the habits of whoever is on shift. Auditors verify those procedures.

  • PED 2014/68/EU Approval

Pipes and tubes headed into pressure service in the European Union need manufacturer approval under the Pressure Equipment Directive, which we hold. For buyers inside the EU, that approval settles a compliance question before the enquiry stage rather than after delivery.

  • Material Test Certificates

Every order ships with an EN 10204 3.1 certificate as standard. Where a project calls for 3.2, we issue that instead. The certificate records the heat number, chemical composition and mechanical test results for the material you received, so your inspectors can trace any length of pipe back to its melt.

  • Third-party Inspection

Some projects require a witness outside the mill. We arrange inspection by TÜV, Bureau Veritas, SGS or Lloyd’s Register before dispatch, at the stage your specification names. Tell us which body your client works with and we will book it.

Email sales@thaida.co.th to request the certificate pack for your project.
